You can usually find their lawyer or a new address outside the arrest information. If they are in prison, you can call the prison and set up a visit with the detainee.
6. Send a letter and put "Address Service Requested" on the envelope. Make sure the address is handwritten on the envelope and stamp is regularly used (NO RATE IN BULK)
7. Arrivals Skip Tracer one. usually use "FINDTHESELLER.COM" because they are relatively inexpensive and they are good enough to find people that I can not with very little information. It usually takes 24 - 48 hours to get a match, but you can try other methods you expect.
8. If it is a unique last name, I will call everyone in the directory in the zone ... hoping to get a report. I was surprised to success with "Shot Gun". If the name is in some way, "Johnson" or "Jones" ... I would not even attempt ..:)
9. Register voters - You can get the addresses updated
